These terms govern your use of glucenova.co and any purchase from it. The site is operated by Ernest Solutions LLC d/b/a Glucenova. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and dietary supplement disclaimer
Glucenova is a dietary supplement.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Consult your physician before beginning any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medication. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, including after an order has been placed.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current subscription price.
- Cancellation. Cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing dino@glucenova.co. Cancellation takes effect for orders not yet processed. An order already processed or shipped will be fulfilled and is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Price changes. We will notify you before any change to your subscription price takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry. Repeated failures may result in cancellation.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card details.
Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
Returns
See our Return and Refund Policy. In summary: unopened products with the manufacturer's seal intact only.
