Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Subscription orders ship free.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, contact dino@glucenova.co within 7 days and we'll make it right.
