SMS and text message marketing

Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Glucenova at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further marketing messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email dino@glucenova.co.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent records. We retain a timestamped record of your consent.

Email marketing

We send marketing email only to people who have opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — payment processing, order fulfillment, email and SMS delivery, analytics, customer support — and only as needed to perform those services
  • Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Our site and products are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, email dino@glucenova.co and we'll delete it.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
